I have filed my taxes with Turbo Tax for years with no complaints in the past. This year, I put my refund on the Turbotax card they talk so highly of. When I received our card and called to activate it I was told to call back after my money was deposited to receive a pin number. I received an email stating that my money was available and called to request a pin. I was then told that my account was placed on a security hold for our protection. I had to fax verification of my identity before I could receive a pin or access my money. I told them I did not have access to a fax and I was told that I could not have my money. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was placed on hold for over 15 minutes before I hung up. I then called back and requested to speak to a supervisor. I was then placed on hoild for over 35 minutes before I hung up. When I called for the third time and asked to speak to a supervisor I was informed that they had all left over an hour before. I stated I would try to find a fax machine and asked when I would have access to my money. I was then told it could be more than 7 days. I will never do business with turbo tax again. They are now a big scam!!!
