Joe Latimore raised funds for a bar/gallery in NYC called Panda on Chrystie St. He embezzled $225,000 between 4/10 and 10/11 and created 135,000 in debt for the LLC. He was then legally removed from the premises by the investor / shareholders and Claims against him are being prepared.
