My City Meds

I placed an order with my city meds giving them a ckeck number128, in the amount of 113.98, on april, 3rd. On april 6th I received an email telling me I will receive my order 7to 10 days. My bank says that the my city meds cashed check for 37.99 which doesnt make sense, the check was for 113.98 I did not receive my order. I emailed the company 3 times got no response. Please help me to retrieve my money I dont knpw what. Else to do thank you Joan Johnson
