Same complaint as the rest of this forum. They debited a charge of 99.49 from my account that was absolutely not authorized. I spoke to a woman that insisted I filled out an application for this stupid coupon program and I continued to tell her that could not be further from the truth. She told me they would provide a refund, but that it would take 15 business days for them to confirm they received my payment. That is complete (Inappropriate Content Removed). With online banking, they could confirm it in 1 second. I told her I will be in touch tomorrow from my bank with my bank manager on the line with us. It also overdrafted my account and added additional fees on me. This is ridiculous. I am really hoping they can resolve this issue. I will follow up to let everyone know if it gets resolved.
