Checked bank account 4-20. Noticed a pre-authorized check #4444 in the amount of $30.00 paid to the order of Caprice Marketing, LLC. Called company and was told that I authorized this debit for an enrollment fee. Told representative that I did not authorize and I wanted the fee refunded. Was given a confirmation number and was told 7-10 days. Callled today, May 1, and get the message "we are experiencing extremely high call volume and you must send us an email." Still have not received any refund and cannot reach a live representative.
This check caused my account to go into overdraft. I called my bank and they were kind enough to refund the $36.00 overdraft fee. Since I have gotten nothing from the company, I will be filing a dispute with my bank over this charge.
