I checked my checking account and it was negative 60.00 (overdraft fee included). The online document said caprice marketing. It said authorized by me. I did not authorized this company to go in my account. I called 866-789-7311. That is the number for idealadvance.com. Ideal advance seems to be a branch of caprice marketing. That's what I got from talking to a lady when I called Ideal advance. She said they have more websites out there. She said they will refund the money. I'll wait and see.
I called three separated times and got to speak with someone. The person seemed very nice on the phone every time I called. But I'll see if she was sincere by watching to see if the money goes back into my account.
