I don't recall when this company received or was given my credit card information, but now I am getting calls for magazines that have been delivered. I have spoken with three people about canceling my subscriptions to 5 (five) magazines. The response is that I am in a contract, and in order to cancel the magazines subscriptions I must do a maximum security recording, still I will be obligated to pay $300 (three hundred dollars) because of a contract that haven't signed or consented to. When asked where were they located, they refused to give me an exact location. The only information they would release is that they are located in Denver, Colorado. So I contacted the Attorney General's office, and the didn't even know who or what I was talking about. I was instructed by the office to contact the BBB in Denver. Here is a phone number that appears on my caller ID - (303) 524-9433 or (720) this number is too a young lady who said her name was TREASURE. On the day of Thursday, April 26th @ 5:09 pm I received a call from a representative going by the name of TREASURE (no last name). During our conversation I asked her the same question about cancellation and she repeated the same statement mentioned previously. Then she (TREASURE) became upset and called me a "[Inappropriate Content Removed]"! I called back the number that appeared on my phone and asked her why would she call me out of my name and that she should apologize. Then she became really belligerent. All I is too end this madness by stopping the magazine subcriptions.
