I stupidly ordered two of these devices after seeing them advertised on TV with a money-back guarantee, thinking to use them for my cell phone and land line. The devices are so flimsy that one of them broke as I was unwrapping it. The money back guarantee does not include the shipping and handling in either direction, or even the tax, which is why the transaction ended up costing me $25 for my folly.
