We purchased a Shark navigator from watching an infomercial about it. Sure looked like it would do what we needed. When it arrived, the product was damaged. We had to wait 7-10 business days for the replacement part. They sent 2 different ones because they have no part numbers assigned to anything, and they said they werent sure what I needed. Weird... Anyway, we got to use it one time, when the power head part seized up. So for almost a month I have been waiting for this part, because its on backorder because they have had more demand than they expected. Go figure. Now the part is in stock and I have to wait for the monumentally slow shipping method to get the replacement piece I need. They sure do take your money fast, but to get anything replaced takes forever. I would not recommend this product or company to anyone. Poor customer service at best. Misleading reviews, and commercials.
