I had buy a dog collar from this company. When i try to buy the dog collar in the store, the lady in the store tell me i can just buy it for now and they always welcome their customer to return the item they do not like. One day later i decied to return the item because the collar did not fit my dog that well. But the lady tell me there is not way i can get my money back because they only refund store credit. This company did not tell me this when i buy from them.
