Well my husband and i decided to sign up for the 3 day trial on this site, it was supposed to be $2.97 for 3 days and according to what it said on the website and i quote.
" You are joining for a 3 Day Trial - $2.97. For your convenience, your membership will renew at $59.99 every 3 month (s), until cancelled."
We cancelled our trial membership 24 hours later so we didn't get charged for full membership. We noticed a pending charge on the online banking statement however saying that this company was going to charge us $37.49, this is the email we received after contacting them to find out about the charges.

Hello,
Thank you for your email. The account you signed up for is for 3 months made in two installments of $37.49. You have decided to cancel before the second installment, therefore you will not be charged the second installment.

We replied by telling them we would be seeking to take legal action via our banks fraud department for an unauthorized transaction and report them to the better business bureau. They have since decided to send us a "courtesy refund payment" and cancel the account!
