I ordered a FREE sample of 3 concoctions. My receipt said 30 day trial. However what they ship is a 30 day supply, that costs 97.88. If you do not contact them within 14 days to cancel they'll put you in the Honorary or Special (I don't recall the exact name). My bad, I had forgotten about it and assumed it was dropped. Apparently not as I received a new shipment ($97.88) today. I called the support number listed on the receipt, there were 3 options given, none of which was the "30 day" trail. While on hold (more than 20 min.). I googled the company and there was an entire page of complaints against then. Mr. Support answered and explained that he would send me a return label, my account will be credited once they receive the returned package, and I would have no further contact. I then questioned him about the initial samples of (97.88), he stated that since I hadnot canceled during the 1st 14days of my 30 day supply, that that would not be credited back even if I enclosed both shipments. Lesson learned...
