We received one pair of Sony P11Q MDR Green Headphones approximately one month after we ordered them. They performed adequately for about two weeks.
We began having connection problems and e-mailed the company and asked for a return authorization and refund. We received replies from Maya replacement will be sent and an R.A. Will be issued. After numerous e-mails, we never received a reply or a replacement.
I suspect these are counterfeit. Nowhere on the headphones is the name Sony displayed. I plan to take this up with the credit card company.
