Debited bank account without my approval

I call the number that was advertised on the radio. I was told by agent after much refusal on
my part that I could order the sample, I only had to pay for shipping. I checked by bank account
today, 04-25, and see they charged me for another order which I did not order. I am taking all of this information to my bank to make sure they stop the deduction and reverse the one action
that has already taken place.
