Item not received - Razor spark scoote

I ordered a razor spark scooter at the sale price, plus had a coupon. UPS returned the item to target because of damage to the package in transit. The item is no longer available online, only in stores. The sale is over and the coupon has expired. Target should honor the original price I purchased this at and let me pick up my item at one on their local stores
