I have been a patient of doctor pfeifer's for 10 plus years but do not want to term this as a complaint but rather an issue i need help with. I was in volved in Car accident on november14. I seen doctor pfeifer from 11/17 to approximately01/26. My concern is i have made one attempt myself since this time to have my Medical records sent to my insurance carrier. My insurance has made several attempts to resolve this issue also but when you call the office you get a recording that says we are temporairly closed and when the will reopen. I had to go to the office in person because it was to diifcut to get them on the phone. I talked with pat in the office and explained that my insurance needed those records to begin the injury settlement portion of the claim. I do know that Doctor pfeifer has had a girl retire from his office. But someone needs to understand i'm running out of time to either file a lawsuit in this case i was trying not to do that, but i will need to do something brfore november 14 which will be the 2 year deadline in this claim. I can appreciate the fact that doctor pfeifer is wanting to be very perticular in what he needs to put in his notes and records. Also my insurance carrier has isued a check for these records in the amount of $84.32 which was cashed on 08/18.
