A "Microsoft Tech" called saying we had many viruses and that our computer was going to crash. He said we needed to buy this software so they could remove the warnings and errors that he brought up on the computer. They gave me a number to call back and when I called back after reading some of the other complaints on this cite, he said that the man helping us earlier had left.
