I recieved a check that said it was a cash grant award and the letter had my ss# on it. The letter stated that i had to send back $500.00 and then I would recieve a check in the mail for $10,000 by a Lisa Procter who is an independent grant broker. This is very upsetting to me because the letter has my social security number on it. Who ever is involved in this needs to be arrested.
