I received a letter with my name and SS # stating she was a grant broker with Greendot Cash Procurement Systems and she had procured a $10,000 grant award for me. Letter included a $975.80 check and instructions to send $500 (her 5% comission), to her thru one of the web sites. After that I would receive $9,025.00. The letter and check seemed very real, but I did not believe it. Now I know, after reading other complaints, that it is a scam.
