I just recieved this letter stating that I supposedly applied for a grant on 8/18 at 9:55. I needed to deposit this check into my bank account withing 5 days and send 5% commission to Lisa Procter on a green dot money card. Then they would send the rest of the amount owed to me to do whatever I wanted to do with it.
