Like so many my wife bought a car from JD byrider almost two years ago. She knew the car was over priced, but thought it was a good way to build her credit, plus she was told that the car was under warranty for two years. After having the car for three days she notice a popping sound in the front end the engine light came on and rpm jump up to 5 when the car changed gears. She contacted the saleman that sold her the car and he ask that she bring the car back in to have the problems repaired. She took the car in to have it repaired, two days later picked up the car. After about a week the car began to have the same problems. It all stared two years and 12 visits back to JD byrider and a lot of complaints ago. She still have the same problem with the car nothing have ever been repaired, they took our money. Its a scam to keep you coming in paying for repairs that is never made. We have never been late always payed on time. We are stuck! Been scammed, bamboozled, out of $14,000 dollars by a company that pray on people with little or no credit. Low or no income, poor people that need transportation for work or school. BTW The car still need major repairs and cant be driven, we still continue to pay the notes but what eles can we do? She signed the papers! So now we have a $8000 dollar balance on a $l, 500 dollar car, that need 3,000 dollars in repairs.
