I have ordered samples which cost me £2.49 for packaging. Unfortunately, I have completely forgot to cancel the order with in 14 days as was not aware that I was entering the membership.
14 days later Nutrasience took the whole payment out of my account without notifying me.
Try to resolve the problem as emailed nearly enough day after the expiry of 14 days cancelation, still have not received the replay.
When rang, customer service advisor told me that I agreed to enter the membership as I have not cancel the order and that I shall not recieve the refund.
