On the date above I found out that my paycheck was short 6.9 hours. So, got the attention of my store manager and he printed my hours and it was confirmed I was'nt paid properly by paying me 69.35 hours instead of 76.25 hours which was the actual hours I worked. My manager promised me that It shall be credited / given on my next paycheck which still did not happen when I found out today April 20 that my 6.9 hours was not added to my present paycheck. This is preposterous and annoying. I want the fullest extent of the law be applied to Rite Aid that an injunction be applied and force them to pay me my backpay. I also petition that a government fine be imposed for such violation of the law to teach them a lesson. This has happened before at least once. And, I am realy fed-up with it.
