He told me that he will do the basement and condo work for $1200 in three days, as per the first email. He didn't complete but made me pay him all the money. He brought two inexperienced yound boys, whereas charged me for two skilled labors. He left on the first saying he will come back to finish the work with materials from my basemnet but never returned my text messages, phone calls or emails. He needs to punished as he has not only cheated me with bad work, money and materials but is also corrupting young boys, who are the future of our company. I instead was trying to give them some wisdom on life and hard work while they were here
