My mom has a timeshare she's listed for sale through a few online sites and a company called Clement Park Financials of Tampa called to say they have a ready buyer. They asked her to sign an agreement and send $1975 to complete the deal. The deal was to close in March and since then we've had no communication from them regarding the deal. They don't answer their phone, they don't return emails. The "sale" is vaporware. I told my mom many times not to ever send anyone who has sought you out any money but these people are very polished and convinced her otherwise.
