I was dealing with Family Hyundai a dealership that deals with bad credit individuals. For some time they could not process a loan for a vehicle for me and when we finally got a deal together and the paperwork was signed I was told that I could not take the car off the lot until the financing went through because I was an out of state buyer.
The paperwork was signed on March 5 and was then told that the deal would be final on Wednesday March 9. I called that evening before making another hour and a half drive there to find out that the financing had not gone through and they needed one more thing from me which was my lease agreement to complete the deal, naturally I was upset and decided not to send the agreement I was going to go elsewhere.
I got a phone call a week later and was told that the deal went through and I could pick the car up. My problem is that they are charging me $15,000 for a car that is listed on there internet for $11,000 when I called to confront them about this they told me that I was charged $2,000 just for doing business with them.
I asked to be let out of the contract and explained to them that if that would have shown on my paperwork I never would have signed and if I had been told about that I never would have delt with them in the first place the manager replied that he would have to get back to me and he never did.
