I too was scammed to purchase an introductory package of bids upon attempting to engage in a "free" registration. When addressed. The unauthorized purchase I was given the run around. I was told that the site indicates this purchase would take place on the second page after I submit my registration on the first page. I stated that is false and that i am aware of the tech savvy creative jargon they were trained to use and am reporting ZBiddy to the BBC. I also informed the sales man that I am one of the many many many wtho have reported this same incident which clearly indicated their busy is faulty. At that point my refund was honored. I was told it would take up to five days to receive it. So keep fighting for what's right. Hope this helps someone else.
