I'm Sharon in Montana. I inserted one token and immediately won a prize on ZBiddy's "unlockyourluck" site. Then I was directed to complete forms to pay for my prize. I progressed through the forms. On the last page of the form the amount for the item I purchased was shown, but it was higher than the amount on the original bid page ($9.36 vs. $8.37). No explanation was given for the higher price. Also, on the final page, a "BID Package charge for $79 was posted! I knew from the "Terms of Agreement" that ZBiddy would ask winners to purchase a BID Package "of their choosing, " but no option to read about the BID Package or to agree to continue with my purchase (prior to submitting my payment info) was given! I was told "congratulations" and that my purchase had been made. I called my credit card representative and he set up a three-way call with ZBiddy. They agreed to refund charges to my card. My representative was on the line and heard all the conversation. I think this would be a more helpful approach to those who encounter this situation than dealing directly with ZBiddy directly. I will check back in four days to see if the amount truly has been credited to my card. I will post the results on July 20th.
