I have just recieved my bank statement for the past 3 months. I am horrified to discover that almost 1000 euro has been taken without authorization from my credit card by the companies above. They are impossible to contact. Phone numbers are not being answered.
I have reported same to my Bank. They advised me to phone and email the companies and copy the bank with the emails.
I did manage to make contact with revitalise via a skype number and they have promised an email within 24 hours taking my name off their lists and refunding all monies owed. Somehow I have lost faith in fairy tales, but will hope!!! I never recieved any products or ordered from them.
The skype number is documented on complaints board.com under the comment by "not happy"
