Ripoff report unauthorized fraudulent credit card charges

I have read through usacomplaints. Coms involving this company and things don't look good.

Recently as my husband was balancing our check book and checking over our credit card bills as he does every month he noticed two charges for $13.00 from Skype.com. No one in my household has ever heard of them much less visited their website and ordered something from them.

I sent an email to them via their website (and am now hoping Im not infected with a keylogger from their site), I have yet to hear back from them at all. They do not list any other ways to contact them.

My husband is notifying all our credit card companies and our bank about these fraudulent charges and having all our credit card numbers changed. He will also inform them to no long accept any charges from Skype because they will all be unauthorized charges.

Let's hope for the best regarding this situation so many of us have found ourselves in due to this company.
