I had 2 charges of $17.42 each on my bank account. I tried to contact Skype by telephone, but I could not find a phone number anyplace online. I can't believe a company can be in business without customers being able to call a live person. I resorted to an email which I gave my phone number for someone to call me, and that did not happen. On the bank charge the only information on the order is Skype.com, no order number or merchant number to refer to. How convenient to make it difficult to trace! With problems with credit cards and bank accounts people don't want to wait a few days to get help, to many more problems can take place. They wanted me to respond to the email with the credit/debit card number and information, but I want to speak to a live person. If I waited for a email response I could be broke! I resorted to canceling the card.
