I love Amazon by the way and hate that it is associated with this company. I started ordering from BTR when my son announced he was engaged, looking for the right dress for a beach wedding. It became an obsession to get on at 10am my time to see the new items. I ordered several things and sent back because they weren't what I thought. I ordered a dress that was for sure going to be the one and got a dress nothing like the picture. Short not long and completely differen't color
. Keep in mind it cost $10 to ship thing to me and $10 to ship back to them after waiting 6 weeks or longer to recieve most items. The final straw a purse I ordered came and looked like it had been wet, molded inside on one side and cleaned. Loving the bag and sick of spending the $10 shipping I kept it. After only 12 times using the handle broke. Yes nothing they can do. It's used and passed the 14day limit. Well I've met my limit too.
