They want to cut off our light even doe i have been approve for MAEP

I call to spoke with supervisor and ask for an extension for my turn off notice until MAEP, funs arrive and the supervisor say to call MAEP and tell them to sent the funs right away if not they have to cut of our light. That there is noting he can do for us even tho he can see the commitment from the MAEP. I call the next day and spoke with some one else he gave us an extension til the 20th after the 20th there is noting they can do for us.
