I looked, but did not find the terms of this offer & made a very expensive, frustrating mistake. Did not understand that I "agreed" to a "10 day trial", which started the day I ordered, not the day I GOT the product. A few days is too short to judge the virtues (or lack thereof) of any product. Once the charge unexpectedly hit my account, it was "too late" to get anything but a "courtesy" $40 back, with the worst, most self-righteous customer service I've ever experienced - they interrupt, argue, inflame & hang up on you; then call back to say they'll give you the $40 as long as you "know" that the mistake was yours, not theirs, & that their business practices are "upstanding". (Read: "Haha sucker, you got duped by our underhanded scam - thanks for the cash - & we're not going to give you a refund, but you can have our courtesy $40 back when you admit you've learned your lesson... Or when we feel confident that we've adequately shoved it down your throat".) The one-man supervisory department has "issues" to say the least... But one knows there's going to be trouble when s/he calls customer service & has to listen to a spiel that includes information about Auravie's great business practices - for which they “have a certificate as proof". You get the point - stay as far away from auravie as you possibly can!
