This company charged my daughter $29.95 for an MP3 download she did not authorize. When she called and complained to CG Billing, she was told by the customer service rep, that she did not have to lie to them and that she must have downloaded the product. My daughter is a identity theft freak and would never put her info or card number in over the internet. She handles all her purchasing either over the phone or in person. CG Billing has arguably the worst C/S department in handling these claims and I will be forwarding all information to the Atty General for review, I suggest you all do the same.
