I was researching a student DVD that typically accompanies a course book. My resource fee paid for access to the e-book, but wanted the student DVD for additional information.
I clicked on this website and agreed to the $1.99 charge. My credit union contacted me with suspicious activity on my credit card for a $69.95 charge the day after the $1.99 was charged. I submitted an erroneous charge notification to CGBilling and demanded my money be credited.
Has anyone else requested credit and CGBilling complied? Or did you dispute the charge with the credit union/card ompany?
