Does anyone in cgbilling.com reply to their customer service emails?
I joined a music website mp3download-net.com (money recieved by cgbilling.com) only to find that they're asking me to download a totally free programme from bearshare.in actual fact all there movie downloads etc are from free websites too. My broadband company has introduced a banning on all peer to peer file sharing hence why i thought i was paying for music legally. This programme and site is of no use to me and im demanding a refund. I've sent 4 emails and not one single reply, just an automated message with a number. Tried calling and the number given on site is unavailable! I can't believe a company is allowed to charge people for music and encouraging them to download illegally from another site. I'm now left with a very upset child at christmas because her mp3 player will just be an ornament. Give me my money back cgbilling so i can pay for my music legally! And reply to your emails!
