Actual date from bank statement 11/13 for a supposed charge 11/09. Similar complaint to all the others you have received. -Called CGBILLING; was asked for the last 8 digits of my credit card. Without that, she said, she could do nothing for me. Who gives out that information over the phone? I did hang up, as she referred me to my bank to settle this dispute. Obviously, I would like this charge deleted, account reimbursed
