This company called me up today and said they were from a attorney legal office and they were representing county check services. They said i owed money for a check i wrote in 2010 and the bank returned my check and now they r handling it for this company. They will not give me a place where they reside, they will not give me the name of the company who they r trying to collect the money for, they sent me a piece of paper with nothing on it, i am going to the district attorney and the district court on tomorrow and expose these rats, i gave them a visa debit card, what is the PENAL code for Louisiana 32.41.
