I got a letter from the bristol county check enforcement program that threatens to take me to criminal court for a check i didnt even know was outstanding. They threaten to take me to court for a $22 check that was suppose to be returned but my bank shows not record of it being dishonored. How do i know if this is real and they want to charge at $65 financial training fee.
The payee was Chestnut hills studios of Seekonk, Massachusetts a Mr. John Botelho. Why wouldnt they send a letter?
