I too responded to an ad via internet regarding this miracle cream. Free trial for first jar. I ended up with automatic charges to my credit card. When I asked for a refund for my two jars of cream they said they would not take my return because I didn't call prior to when they were shipped. How was I to know their shipping schedule? I couldn't get them to tell me why they wouldn't take a return just that it was their policy. If the product is that good and they have so many thousands of customers like they said, why do they not take a return. Because they falsely advertise and this is the only way they make money. No where in their ad did it say they would be using my credit card for future Monthly shipments. Please help
