I ordered a pair of shoes from kelly_mall and did not receive them. I submitted a complaint to PayPal. I googled kelly_mall and found out they are sending packages to customer that are either empty or a not what was ordered. This scam should be stopped and PayPal should not be sending money to these scammers.
