Lost my phone and went to get a new one. Clerk says you can't keep your current number unless you purchase a 200$ phone. But you can buy a new number and phone and activation fee and put up first months service fee for 150$. So I took the cheaper feeling this was not right. Out of the store I call customer service and after sifting trough an hour and a half of automated responses I finally get a human. I told them of the problem and wanted to make sure my old account was not still being billed. Well guess what. Everthing the clerk told me was a LIE. All I had to do was by a 20$ dallor phone press about 4 keys and activate the new phone to my exsisting account. The Verizon in Ricon GA is a load of crap and they cannot be trusted to tell you the truth. Beware when you enter this store. The clerks are on commission sales and will screw you to make a buck!
