The letter stated that this agency has the legal right to inform me that my name has been cleared as eligible recipient for these funds. I'm glad we were able to reach you in time! (That had scam written all over it.)
I received the letter 4/14 requesting $20 mailed to them by 4/19.
(If I won 2,342, 000.00 I shouldn't have to pay anything to receive it.)
