Received an "Express Notice" that I won a cash award of $2,536, 092.23. All I had to do is answer 4 questions sign and date the form, include $20 and my cash prize would be rushed to me. They have to have the return envelope post marked by 4/19. To quote a phrase " If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it's probably a duck." I hope there aren't too many people that fall for this scam.
