I signed up for a free trial, paid 2 different trial fees of $1.00 each. After 4-5 days I cancelled the trial online. On March 15 my checking account was debited $49.00 by Your rent 2 Own. I did not authorize this debit, because I had cancelled the free trial. There is no place on their website that I could find a phone number to resolve this issue. Any help you can give me would be appreciated.
