I signed up for a free trial on september 11th and cancelled on the 23rd before my trial ended. Unfortunately i decided to cancel on a weekend (still within my 14 days) and since i didnt call withing their monday through friday business time frame, my trial couldnt be cancelled and they still charged my card on the 24th (which was the last day of my free trial) way to go free trial!!! Super scam!!!
