I ordered a pink champagne diamond ring for my wife's 50th birthday. Never received the ring. I call DNS several times and they either said that they would get the ring out or they would cut off my phone call. I wrote to the CA attorney general and they tried to contact the company but DSN wouldn't respond to them either. Finally, my credit card reversed the charges. I actively persued this for over 6 months but am just glad that I was able to get my money back.
