On an auction, I won a diamond and Kunzite ring for $700.00. I paid for the ring and never received the merchandise. I called repeatedly for months and even a year later asking for my ring or my money refunded. All the operators would advise is the company was very behind, they will put the ring in the mail, they'll rush the order and get the ring in the mail this week... Lies and nothing but excuses with never the refund to my account or the ring I won on auction. Now the company doesn't answer the phone and is off the air in Texas. This company is stealin money from people and nothing is being done. Isn't anyone ever going to respond? I need my refund.
