My husband was sucked into a "Free $1000 Gift Card" scam on Facebook. When he entered the PIN to "win" my phone was billed. I immediately texted "STOP" and so for the next two weeks when they still said I was being charged. I called them, and my service provider (Rogers) and the bills kept coming. My cell provider won't help me, and they are so far refusing to refund my money. I will be contacting the FTC and CRTC if this doesn't get resolved.
